“Registration Fee” includes the followings:
• Admission to the Special Lecture.
• Admission to the Plenary Session.
• Admision to all technical sessions.
• Extended Abstracts.
• All social events except banquet and excursion.
• Consumption tax


Payment should be made by May 7, 2019.
*No registration / reservation will be confirmed without completion of payment.
*All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.


Final Confirmation Sheet will be sent by email to applicants who completed the payment.
Please present this confirmation at the Registration Desk at the conference venue as proof of your registration.
Applicants will receive all the documents at the conference venue.

Change & Cancellation Policy

In case of change or cancellation, a written notification should be sent to KNT by e-mail (
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon – Fri 9:30-17:30 [JST] except national holidays (Jan. 14, Feb. 11, Mar. 21, and Apr. 27 – May 6).
After working hours, cancellation will be made on the next day, which may incur charges.

Cancellation Policy for Registration / Banquet:
Before May 7: No Charge
On or after May 8: 100% of the Registration Fee / No Refund

Cancellation Policy for Excursion:
10 to 8 days prior to the arrival date: 20% of Excursion Fee
7 to 2 days prior to the arrival date: 30% of Excursion Fee
1 day prior to the arrival date: 40 % of Excursion Fee
Cancellation on the day (before the tour): 50% of Excursion Fee
Cancellation without notice (No-show): Total Amount 100%


Refunds will be made during or after the conference upon with deducting bank transfer fee / credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
Due to the system setting, only full-amount refund is available. If any partial refund should be made for change / cancellation, the registration desk will firstly make a full-amount of refund to the registered credit card and charge the amount after deducting change or cancellation penalty.
If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us your bank account.

Registration Desk on Site

The registration desk will be open from May 19 to May 23, 2019.
All participants who have registered through the conference website are requested to stop by the desk to pick up your name holder and conference kit.
